Tree of a Different Color and Fruit

   As Christians, we are called to be different. We are called to act different than the worldly actors. We should act justly and true. We are called to be set apart from the strangling thorny thickets. We are called to bear fruits of the Spirit. We are a tree of a different color. Our colors should represent the light of God.   (Act: Noun- The process of doing.) Recently, I saw a post on Facebook stating, “She’s not acting like a Christian.” Well, my friends, the world should set us at a higher standard. The world should know we are acting and forgoing a Christian lifestyle. I know we all sin and fall short. If you fall seven times, get back up seven times and fight the false flesh! Show the world we are a different fruit tree among the sinful spectrum.  But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. We Bought a House Without Overthinking!

  Guys, I am over the rainbow, like Rainbow Brite! Yes, I’m 33 years old and I used to watch Rainbow Brite. We have signed a contract on our first house! We are having a house built from the ground up. We officially made the decision on February 24th. We will get to pick brick color, cabinets, countertops, etc. God is good all the time! Refrigerator Full of Groceries and Overflowing with God’s Love

  Yesterday, I tackled the task of grocery shopping. After one year of marriage, I decided to wear tennis shoes to pivot, turn, and walk down the yard lines of the supermarket. I could somewhat hear a faint “thank you” coming from my feet. Why do I still jump from aisle to aisle? Why not use    “grocery pick up” or “grocery delivery? Well, I    like to scour the shelves for the freshest fruit and ripest vegetables. I like to ponder dinners I want to make for me and my husband. I want to envision the food art that will become from the ingredients.  Ah, the chore of grocery shopping can be tiring.
